Sara's fine art degree was actually in ceramics from Penn State
University, but over time her focus shifted to working with
watercolors. Sara has again commenced throwing low-fired earthenware
in hopes
of
achieving the bright colored pots that are displayed for sale.
All of these one-of-a-kind pots are hand thrown, fired, painted
and glazed by Sara at the Mud Dauber Pottery near Charlottesville.
The glazes used are food safe, but we recommend that you do not
place
pots in dishwashers or microwaves.
